This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

and

Buyer:
The individual who purchases digital content through stayyoungwith.com (“Website”).

By completing a purchase on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of digital products and services, including but not limited to online programs, video content, educational materials, and digital courses (“Digital Products”) offered by the Seller via the Website.

2. Product Information

The essential characteristics, content details, duration, and price of the Digital Products are clearly stated on the relevant product pages before purchase.

Prices are displayed and charged in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.

3. Order Process

3.1. The Buyer selects the Digital Product and completes the payment through the secure payment system.
3.2. Once payment is successfully completed, the order is confirmed electronically.
3.3. This Agreement becomes effective upon confirmation of payment.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

4.1. Digital Products are delivered electronically via the Buyer’s user account or email.
4.2. Delivery is deemed complete once access to the Digital Product is granted.
4.3. No physical shipment is involved.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
5.2. The Seller does not store credit card or sensitive payment data.
5.3. The Buyer agrees to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Due to the nature of digital content, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once access to the Digital Product has begun.
6.2. By completing the purchase, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate performance of the digital service and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
7.2. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical failure preventing access, provided the issue cannot be resolved

7.3. Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email.

8. Buyer Obligations

The Buyer agrees:

• Not to share, reproduce, copy, or distribute Digital Products

• Not to allow third parties to access purchased content

• To use the Digital Products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products and content on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Stay Young With Me DWC-LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer

The Digital Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
The Seller does not guarantee specific results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Health issues resulting from misuse of the content

• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
